These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClockIQ, operated by ClockIQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using ClockIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ClockIQ provides a web-based employee time tracking platform that allows businesses to manage employee punch in/out, scheduling, and payroll exports. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of your trial, you must add a payment method to continue using ClockIQ. We reserve the right to modify or end free trial offers at any time.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Given our 30-day free trial, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, if you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@getclockiq.com and we will review your case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ClockIQ, including employee information, schedules, and punch records. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Upon account cancellation, your data will be deleted within 90 days.

ClockIQ™ and its original content, features, design, source code, and functionality are the exclusive property of ClockIQ and its founder, protected under Canadian and international copyright law.
The ClockIQ™ name and logo are trademarks. They may not be used without prior written permission in any marketing material, product, or service.
You may not copy, imitate, or replicate the ClockIQ™ interface, visual design, or user experience for any competing product. You may not use ClockIQ™ to develop or improve any competing software or AI system. Violation of these terms may result in legal action under Canadian intellectual property law.
ClockIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to payroll disputes, employment decisions, or data loss.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations and compliance with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ClockIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
