• Send important service emails (account confirmation, trial reminders, billing receipts)

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Employee data you enter into ClockIQ is your data. We do not access, share, or use your employee information for any purpose other than providing the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate ClockIQ:

• Stripe — payment processing and invoice delivery
• Supabase — secure database and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google — optional Google Sign-In authentication

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClockIQ, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies
